1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or using any KARFLIX service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Our Services

KARFLIX provides an online platform that facilitates the buying and selling of new and used vehicles, access to financing solutions, car inspection reports, dealer listings, and related automotive services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We act solely as an intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. KARFLIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Vehicle Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information provided in their listings, including vehicle condition, mileage, and ownership status. KARFLIX does not independently verify listing information and accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

5. Financing Services

Finance calculations and estimates provided on the platform are for indicative purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual financing terms, interest rates, and approval are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution. KARFLIX does not act as a lender or financial advisor.

6. Dealer Obligations

Registered dealers are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory listings, respond promptly to customer inquiries, honor advertised prices, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia governing vehicle sales, including those issued by relevant regulatory authorities.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use KARFLIX to post fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful listings; engage in any form of money laundering or financial fraud; violate Saudi Arabian law or regulations; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; or attempt to circumvent or compromise the security systems of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KARFLIX, including but not limited to logos, brand marks, designs, text, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of KARFLIX and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws of Saudi Arabia. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KARFLIX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any transactions conducted through it, or any reliance on information provided on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
